TIK TOK BIG MAC TACOS
Ingredients
Big Mac Sauce:
2 tablespoons grated onion
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
The Tacos:
4, 8” flour tortillas
1 pounds ground sirloin (or hamburger)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
8 slices American cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ cup bread and butter pickles, chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
Instructions
To make the sauce, grate the onion into a small bowl on the large hole of a box grater. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth and well combined. Keep in the fridge until ready to use. Any extra sauce will keep in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium high heat.
Spread about ¼ pound of the burger meat in a thin even layer over 1 tortilla, pressing it with your fingers to evenly cover the whole tortilla from edge to edge. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Place the tortilla, burger side down in the preheated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the burger is seared and cooked through.
Flip the tortilla in the skillet and place a piece of American cheese on the meat. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for 1 minute.
Remove the tortilla and top the burger with onions, pickles, and lettuce. Drizzle lots of that yummy sauce over the top. Fold the burger like a taco and devour!!
