SEVEN LAYER MAGIC BARS
Ingredients
1 stick butter, melted
1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 ¼ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ¼ cups butterscotch chips
1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk1 ¼ cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9” x 13” baking dish which tinfoil and spray with non-stick spray. This will make it easy to remove the bars from the pan and make even, clean cuts.
Combine the butter and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl and press them into the base of your foil-lined baking dish.
Top with 1 cup each of the chocolate and butterscotch chips and pour the sweetened condensed milk over them and spread with a rubber spatula until evenly covered.
Sprinkle the coconut and nuts over the top followed by the remaining ¼ cup each of the chips over the top and gently press everything down with your hands. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the coconut and edges start to turn golden. Remove and cool completely. Lift the bars out of the pan using the edges of the foil and cut into squares.
