DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD
Ingredients
3 large, very ripe bananas
½ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup sugar
½ cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl. Add butter, vanilla, and egg and mix to combine.
Stir in sugar and cocoa power and mix until batter reaches an even consistency.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to the banana mixture, stirring, until just combined.
Pour batter into a greased 9″x5″ loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes – 1 hour until tester comes out clean.
