CUCUMBER CANAPÉS WITH SMOKED SALMON DIP

Ingredients

1, 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened

¼ cup Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

1 pound smoked salmon filet, chopped

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup capers

¼ cup fresh dill, chopped

¼ cup fresh chives, chopped

¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½ teaspoon black pepper

The zest from one lemon

3 English cucumbers sliced into ½” rounds

Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, except the cucumber chips.  Mix until everything is well combined.  Place a dollop of the salmon dip on each cucumber slice and garnish with extra dill and lemon.
