PEACH BLUEBERRY COBBLER

Ingredients

4 large ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup blueberries

⅓ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoon flour

 

Topping:

1 cup flour

½ cup sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spray a pie plate or 8” x 8” baking dish with non-stick spray.

Combine the peaches and blueberries in a large bowl.  Add the brown sugar and flour and toss to coat.  Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Combine all of the topping ingredients in the same bowl and mix until just combined.  Drop in dollops all over the top of the fruit.   Bake for 35-45 minutes until browned and bubbly!

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
