HUMMUS CHRISTMAS WREATH
Ingredients
1, 10 ounce package hummus
¼ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
¼ cup marinated olives with red pepper (or your favorite blend from the olive bar)
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 English cucumber
1 bag pita chips
Instructions
Spread the hummus in a circle on a large round platter. Tip – to make a perfect circle in the center of the wreath, place a small bowl upside down on the platter and spread the hummus around it and then remove the bowl to expose the hole with even edges.
Arrange the tomatoes and olive mixture on top of the hummus, followed by the feta and parsley.
Using a vegetable peeler, slice thick ribbons lengthwise down the side of the cucumber. Fold these into a bow shape and place them on the bottom of the wreath.
Serve with pita chips for dipping! Easy peasy!!
