TJ’S ‘TURN UP THE HEAT’ RED CURRY CHICKEN AND SHISHITO PIZZA
Ingredients
1, 15 ounce Trader Joe’s premade Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon Trader Giotto’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup shishito peppers, stems cut off the tops
1, 4 ounce package wild mushroom mix
¼ teaspoon Trader Joe’s Fine Crystals Sea Salt
1 cup Trader Joe’s frozen Grilled Chicken Strips, thawed and rough chopped to bite size pieces
⅓ cup Trader Joe’s Thai Style Red Curry Sauce
¾ cup Trader Joe’s Jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4-5 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Multi-Floral and Clover Honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pizza crust on top.
Heat the olive in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the shishito peppers and mushrooms to the hot oil and season with the salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers get a slight char on their skins and the mushrooms begin to lightly brown. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Combine the chicken and curry sauce in a small bowl and toss to coat. Spread the chicken and sauce evenly over the pizza crust leaving about ½” of the crust exposed around the edge. Top with the shishitos and mushrooms, followed by the shredded cheese. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of the honey over the top.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned. Place the pizza on a cutting board.
Cut into slices and drizzle with more of the honey! DEVOUR!!
