EASY MEDITERRANEAN LAYER DIP
Ingredients
8 ounces store-bought hummus
8 ounces store-bought tabbouleh
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup English cucumber, finely chopped
¼ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped
1, 2.25 ounce can sliced black olives, drained
Pita chips or raw veggies for dipping
Instructions
Spread the hummus in a ½ – ¾” layer on a platter or in a shallow baking dish (about 8” x 8”). Layer the remaining ingredients on top of the hummus.
Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies on the side for dipping. Easy and delicious!!
